Directions:
Some novels are set in the future from the time they were written, and with it the author imagined technology that they predict will be in the future. Take a look at both the time period the book was written, the time period the book is set, and what technology is used. Research technology now, and discuss how close we are to obtaining that kind of technology. Have we already surpassed it, and if so, in what way? Write a one to two page paper on your findings, citing at least two credible sources (not wikipedia). Be sure to include the references on the reference page. Be sure to introduce the book!
